DELIVERY & RETURN
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
We want to offer our customers qualitative products at the lowest price available, shipping can take some time (1 - 1,5 weeks) depending on the destination country. As we work with different suppliers. Our items ship are from all over the world. Please note that additional customs fees may apply within the EU.
TRACKED SERVICE
all orders are dispatched via a tracked service to ensure you receive your order safely; this might require a signature on delivery.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER
once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. you can now track your parcel by logging into your account.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER
if you have not received your delivery within 20 working days and you have tried to track your item with the service provided, please contact us parissophiainfo@gmail.com
RETURN:
After receiving your order, there is a period of 14 days to return an item (depending on the date of receipt indicated in the tracking). Unless arrangements have been made with us, the return costs will be at your expense. Returns after this date are not eligible for reimbursement.
Once your return has been accepted, we will provide you with the mailing address required for the return. Without approval, the return will not be eligible for reimbursement. Returns to a relay point will not be accepted.
IMPORTANT:
The product must be returned: unwashed, unworn, without stains, in its original packaging. It is your responsibility to provide yourself with a tracking number for the return so that you can check the progress of the package to the return address.
Any item damaged after being worn by the consumer cannot be the subject of a “quality” claim. Please include the name/first name/order number in the return package. Once the package is received, the product will be inspected.
Refunds will be made within 10 business days of receipt of the return package. Unless otherwise agreed, a full refund for the item in question will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
EXCHANGES:
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
DAMAGES AND PROBLEMS:
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the problem.
